Mastercard 3DS Service Disruption

Resolved - Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the incident affecting Mastercard 3DS authentication transactions, which began on 15 July 2026 at 06:59 UTC, has been resolved as of 8:52 UTC.

The disruption was caused by an issue on the Mastercard side and the 3DS authentication services are now operating normally.

We continue to monitor the situation to ensure service stability.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this incident.

Identified - Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that Mastercard 3DS authentication transactions have been impacted since 15 July 2026, 06:59 UTC, due to an issue on the Mastercard side.

As a result, you may experience failures or disruptions when processing Mastercard 3DS authentication requests.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Productive environment: 7 July 2026

The new Production certificates will become available on 17 June 2026.
No service interruption is expected.
