Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you that emergency network maintenance will be performed on the PCI Proxy production environment next week.
Start Time: Wednesday, 29 April at 03:00 CEST End Time: Wednesday, 29 April at 06:00 CEST
Downtime and Impact: We anticipate two short interruptions of up to 10 minutes each during the maintenance window, expected to occur between 03:30 and 05:00 CEST.
In the event that a rollback is required, we would anticipate two additional brief interruptions of up to 10 minutes each.
All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a smooth and efficient transition while minimizing any potential impact.
Rollback Plan: In the unlikely event that we encounter any issues during the maintenance process, we have a rollback plan in place to ensure our platform’s safety and stability.
