Earlier this month we announced the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window (old): - 7th of May 2023 - Start time: 06:00 CEST (04:00 UTC) - End time: 08:00 CEST (06:00 UTC)
For operational reasons, we will be running the maintenance window one hour earlier:
Maintenance Window (new): - 7th of May 2023 - Start time: 05:00 CEST (03:00 UTC) - End time: 07:00 CEST (05:00 UTC)
Expected Outage / Downtime: up to 60 minutes
During this maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions in service for our payment platform. We will try to keep the interruptions to a minimum, but due to the complexity of the work, the downtime may be up to 60 minutes.
Our payment service endpoints will either be non-responsive or return a generic error message during the maintenance window.
